We’re proud of our French roots , and have production sites in the Ile de France and the Marseilles region. Boasting 3 semolina mills, 2 pasta factories and 1 couscous factory, Panzani also has a Research & Development Centre and an Innovation Centre.

Panzani’s head office has historically been located in the Lyon area, and since 2023 has been in new premises in the central neighbourhood of La Part-Dieu.

Our CSR commitments are central to our company’s mission, and we believe it is vital that every employee has the opportunity to be informed and involved. That’s why we’ve set up the “OUI J’agis” ambassador programme, which offers employees access to information on CSR in general and Panzani’s initiatives more specifically, through special events and regular updates. Panzani encourages its employees to contribute to partner associations during their working hours by taking part in a skills sponsorship day.

For this reason, every year we conduct an employee satisfaction survey so that everyone can share their feelings and opinions on a range of subjects affecting their day-to-day lives. This snapshot of employee satisfaction forms the basis for team discussions. These teachable moments are designed to put in place concrete actions to improve everyday life.
