We have embarked on a programme to Prevent Work-Related Injuries, which aims to build a strong culture of safety at all our sites and manufacturing facilities, and thereby significantly reduce the number of accidents in the workplace.

This programme defines:

health and safety rules and best practice,

– a proactive approach to auditing and correcting workstation ergonomics,

– a more global approach incorporating health and well-being, specifically by setting up an independent helpline, EPISTEM, to deal with any psychosocial risks linked to the workplace or personal life.
