In the 1960s, consumption of semolina grew rapidly, particularly in the south of France. Le Renard, then a small semolina manufacturer, quickly adapted by offering easy-to-understand semolina granule types: large, medium, fine and extra fine, as well as user-friendly packaging: 25kg, 5kg and 1kg.
