We have embarked on a programme to Prevent Work-Related Injuries, which aims to build a strong culture of safety at all our sites and manufacturing facilities, and thereby significantly reduce the number of accidents in the workplace.

We also aim to modernise and improve the safety of our industrial sites.

Skills development
   

Training is a key part of our approach at Panzani, enabling us to pass on our expertise in semolina and pasta, to develop and support our talent, and to meet the challenges of building employee loyalty.

To achieve this, by 2025 we will:

Complete the overhaul of the Panzani Academy training programme by 2025.

Double the number of work-study students.

Panzani is launching an in-house Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) awareness programme to help all employees understand and make a practical commitment: Oui j’Agis!
We are also going to dedicate 500 days to partner associations between now and 2026 through our employee volunteering programme.
